PSC understands that training is one of the most important aspects in the development of a security officer. Our training programs are professionally created from the best sources in the security industry.

PSC's entire security officer training program was reviewed and approved by the department of homeland security, through the Safety Act. This is as close to a "national" or "federal" certification that a security training program can achieve.

PSC understands that not all of our client's are alike and therefore security officer preparation is different from site to site. Our training programs are industry specific and built around the needs of the client.

PSC will design, develop, and implement site specific training software and materials to ensure officers experience efficient and accessible training.

PSC's training certification program is an on-line system used to track the progress and compliance of all security employees. This is part of "transparency" that PSC offers its clients as this system can be audited by clients at any time.
